Turnaround Time


The turnaround time on your order with Namakool starts when we receive a minimum of 70% advance and also get all information required from your side to complete your order (all artwork(.png), correct tag files, all fonts required for editable tags, all shipping information, etc.) & your Mockup has been approved. Delay in receipt of “any information” of this may result in waiting for essential information and by that time we may not be able to start production. Most Mockup and Customer/client  Order sheets are sent within 24 hours, after receiving payment and all necessary information. Our current order completion time is 20-30 Business Days Average which includes shipping. Order with Complexities/add-ons may increase turnaround time depending on the situation. A Delay in approval of mock-ups could also result in a delay in the production process. The most up-to-date turnaround time will be listed on your quote and invoice to facilitate you to take prompt decisions.


If you have a deadline for your order, it is very important that you let us know when placing your order and a rush fee/additional extra fee may apply if there is not enough time to complete your order under normal circumstances. In that case, we will intimate you of additional rush fees/ additional extra fees to be deposited to us before processing your order. However, If you do not advise us about a deadline date until after your order has been paid for and pushed through our system, we may not be able to accommodate your request for deadline completion of your order. Any circumstances out of Namakool’s company control (i.e.: weather delays, shipping errors by the supplier, etc.) may also require more time and are not factored into the initial turnaround time estimate.

Payments
Orders must be paid by a minimum of 70% before the order begins unless otherwise approved by Namakool staff. If you pay via cheque/ demand draft the turnaround time of your order begins on clearing of cheque. We will update the order processing from time to time via WhatsApp/email to your registered number with us. The balance of 30% of the invoice must be deposited before dispatch/shipping of the
order.

Artwork/ Design Approval | Order Proof


All files must be 300 DPI or vector format. The design should be sized to the size you would like it to print. The text must be converted to outlines. Printing quality may depend on the quality of the artwork. Our company will not be responsible for poor quality printing due to poor artwork. Namakool is not responsible for any misspellings, errors, or issues in your art file. We do our best to catch these errors and point them out to you, but we may not catch them all. We will update the final design /artwork from time to time via WhatsApp/email to your registered number with us After approval we will not rectify any mistakes and will not be responsible for any errors.

 
All artwork is to be approved via a digital mock-up through email or WhatsApp. It is your responsibility to check for spelling, color, sizes ordered to us, and placement of the art and accuracy of artwork by the customer/client. It is very important to look for all major and minor details of the mock-up. This ensures the printing of your garments. You/your company will not be held responsible for corrections not implemented and/or requested after artwork approval. Any modifications requested after customer/client approval will result in production delays and could require additional expenses to be borne by customer/client s.  You/your company are advised to approval the process not longer than 24 hours after receipt of the mock-up so that there could not be any production delays.

Screens


We don’t charge setup fees ( screen fees) for goods greater than 100 order But please note that by default, like the rest of the industry we will use the same set of screens per design ordered; that is, the graphic will print the exact same size, no matter the size of the item we are printing on.  So it is advised to make clear statements in order if different screen sizes are ordered. Each set of screens will be considered a different order, with pricing and minimum quantity, will charge accordingly. Please keep the max imprint sizes in mind when printing girl and youth-sized T-shirts.
Example: Albert orders 40 boys T-shirts and 60 girls T-shirts with the same design, but sizes the design differently for the two sets of T-shirts. Namakool will have to make two sets of screens Albert will be charged the 40 Quantity pricing for the boys T shirts and 60 Quantity pricing for the girls T shirts, NOT the 100 Quantity pricing.

Collar/Polo Printing/ Hoodie Printing


We are using the latest equipment available. However, inconsistencies may occur in registration and ink coverage when printing near or over the collar, seams, or any other edges. It is often noticed that large prints may run the risk of going over the sleeve seam the zipper, pockets, or any other uneven surfaces. These are under acceptable goods as per industry standards. You will not held us responsible for these inconsistencies. Our company will not be considered for reprints. If you want any advice you may call us/to mail us before placing an order.

Measurements When Printing


Even though Namakool’s printers have over 5 years of experience, there is no way to effectively and efficiently measure a distance from the collar on each shirt as each garment is loaded onto the press by hand. If you request a print that is 3” down from the collar or round neck  T-shirt /Hoodies as per your specification, we will share with you the actual picture of goods for final approval  We will not consider it as a misprint, and Namakool will not reprint or refund these T-shirts.

Cancellations & Restocking Fees


Cancellations will not be acceptable made after order as it is a custom-made product as per your specifications. If you do not make arrangements of lifting the product due to balance pending payments or logistics then you/ your company will have to pay the balance amount and restocking fee which starts after 7 days of our confirmation to you for product fully packed for logistics The restocking fees will be 14 % of original invoice per day. No cancellations will be accepted once production or any manipulation of the garments (tag removal, printed tags, printing, hem tagging, etc.) has begun on the order.

Namakool will do everything we can, to meet any must-have date, but we cannot guarantee it for circumstances beyond our control. Extra fees may apply under special circumstances..

Shipping


Namakool cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays caused by the shipping company. Where the shipping /delivery could not be made on time due to bad weather conditions/ delivers your package to the wrong address (although provided the correct address) and you do not receive your products on time. You/your company may take any action against the shipping company.

working days


We are closed for the National holidays & Sundays. Staff does not work on these days. We, therefore, offer turnaround time as per business working days to our clients.

Wastage & Spoilage


there are spoilages in the nature of this business, Namakool will not be responsible for under-runs or spoilage up to 5% on jobs of 100 T-shirts per design, and up to 10% on jobs of less than 100 pieces. (Spoilage must be more than 10 T-shirts per design for a reprint). Please keep this in mind when ordering (it is never a bad idea to order extras). We always do our best to get you what you ordered. We will refund you the cost of any items shorted from your order but will not process a reprint for less than 10% of your order (or 10 T shirts minimum).

Returned Cheques


There will be a 1000 INR returned cheque fee.

Pricing


Namakool reserves the right to change pricing without notice.
Example: Albert looks at the pricing on Namakool’s website on Monday. On Tuesday, Namakool changes the pricing on their website due to rising cotton prices/print prices/increased labor charges, or some other reasons. Later that day, Albert contacts Namakool unaware that the prices have changed since the day before. Albert places an order and is charged the most up-to-date pricing.

Garment Disclaimer
Namakool is not responsible for manufacturer defects such as colour inconsistencies, stitching errors, mislabelled garments, loose/inconsistent stitching, and/or garment defects (holes in garments, ripped seams, etc.). We try our hardest to inspect the garments as we print them, but we cannot guarantee each garment. We are not the manufacturers of these garments, so we cannot ensure their construction. We highly recommend ordering 5% extra of each size if an exact count is important.
            The quality of printing depends on the quality of the garment provided to you. We provide a  sample garment for fabric at your address for final approval of printing/fabric color. We will take approval on WhatsApp/ email for the final print/ fabric color.


Satisfaction Clause


Namakool will not be responsible for your satisfaction with the garments printed on or the printed artwork. We are always available to counsel any customer/client to ensure you pick a garment that matches your needs but we also need you to do your due diligence on the garment choice. If you are unsure of what garment to select, we will be glad to send samples for you billed at a per piece rate and shipped without printing. Blank samples will not credit to the cost of your order.

Quality and Quantity Assurance


We check every garment/ every piece of goods as it comes off the press. The quality and quantity will be delivered to you as per your approval of the sample already sent to you. So there is no chance of any advent error on final delivery of goods. We ensure good quality products all the time

Compensation
Namakool recognizes that wages are essential to meeting employees’ basic needs. At a minimum, it complies with all applicable wage and hour laws and regulations, including those relating to minimum wages, overtime, maximum hours, piece rates, and other elements of compensation, and provides legally mandated benefits. Namakool will compensate employees for overtime hours at such premium rate as is legally required or, if there is no legally prescribed premium rate, at a rate at least equal to the regular hourly compensation rate.

Protection of the Environment
Namakool complies with all applicable environmental laws and regulations.

Laws and regulation


Namakool will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those pertaining to the manufacturing, pricing, sale, and distribution of merchandise. All references to “applicable laws and regulations” in this Code of Conduct include local and national codes, rules and regulations as well as applicable treaties and voluntary industry standards.

Designs and logo Non-Disclosure Policy and confidentiality

We do not share /use your designs with other companies/ competitors. The designs, logo, and patterns are kept us for your future orders. We comply with the standards and ethics set up as per industry standards.

Client records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, other than our agents and manufacturer/supplier(s), and if legally required to do so, to the appropriate authorities.

Clothing Marketing Policy


Since we believe in the Mutual growth of the Client and the company, we offer various methods to promote the business of our customer/clients, thus resulting in more sales for the customer/client and allowing us to make more products for them in return. We would refer clients to the customer/client by doing promotional activities for the client, with their Clothing Brand Name and other Contact details publically available.



Delivery Charges and Others:


DHL, FedEx/DTDC, and Delhivery Courier worldwide are our primary carriers. You can intimate us to add insurance to the product with courier company while sending it across to you. All the charges will be borne by you/ your company.

 

Delays in Delivery
We will share with you the tracking id of the courier to enable you to get in touch with the courier/ carrier services directly. ‘Namakool’ will choose established postal service or courier companies to ship your orders through. Once however the goods have been dispatched, we take no further responsibility for any late or lost deliveries.

Refund Policy
‘Namakool’ provides its customers/client s with only strictly quality-controlled goods without exemption according to ‘Namakool’ quality standard. We will follow the specifications as instructed by the customer/client at the time of order. Any changes during the production will be notified and confirmed by the customer/client. We DO NOT accept any returns or refunds for any customized goods at all once the order has been placed or shipped. So you can ask for pictures, video conference or anything that would be possible to show you your followed specifications.
You can make any changes to the garment as long as the sample has not been approved for bulk production or shipped out. We can also make changes after the order has been shipped, but you will have to pay for the shipment and re-shipment of the garment.

Fabric Specification
Namakool offers its customers/clients maximum customization options for any product that they like to get manufactured. However, for smaller quantities like 100 to 200, we buy readymade fabric from the market matching the color as well as fabric specifications as close as possible depending upon the availability in the market at that time.
Fabrics that have an unusual mixture of blends in them can only be 100% accurate if they are knitted from the scratch for a minimum quantity of at least 1000 pieces on which we will not only give them their required fabric but also provide them with a lab test report displaying the exact requirement.
